Evie's Tips: Wrinkles Reduction

Two tablespoons of fresh cucumber juice and same amount of egg white (about one egg), stir well, and then apply on wrinkles every night after cleansing. In the morning, rinse off thoroughly using warm water.

Keep using for a month, your skin will be firmed, your wrinkles will disappear.

Evie's Tips: Anti Aging Regimen

You can start with most basic of vitamins, if you are not already supplementing. Those that benefit the skin the most would be vitamins A, E and C. Zinc has been shown to help the skin. Then, if you want to expand (and can afford it!!) you might want to try Grapeseed Extract and Green Tea extract which are supposed to be good for the skin, as well as MSM.

Primrose oil is one that is beneficial to the skin.

There are actually many more. I would just recommend that you focus on an internal battle as well as an external in order to improve the appearance.

And don't forget the EFAs, as they are important!!

Evie's Tips: Lemon, Orange and Pineapple

Add sliced lemon to your bathwater regularly (about twice a month). It
leaves the skin soft and smells nice. I've read of fresh lemon juice &
distilled water being used as a facial toner (on a cotton ball, after
cleansing), but don't recall the ratio of juice to water.

I've also seen a citrus pulp & honey mask recipe....half a cup of orange or
pineapple pulp + 1 tbsp. honey, applied to the skin and left on for a few
minutes before rinsing. I left it on 'til it started to tingle - about 3 or
4 minutes. I liked the pineapple better than orange.
