You can start with most basic of vitamins, if you are not already supplementing. Those that benefit the skin the most would be vitamins A, E and C. Zinc has been shown to help the skin. Then, if you want to expand (and can afford it!!) you might want to try Grapeseed Extract and Green Tea extract which are supposed to be good for the skin, as well as MSM.
Primrose oil is one that is beneficial to the skin.
There are actually many more. I would just recommend that you focus on an internal battle as well as an external in order to improve the appearance.
And don't forget the EFAs, as they are important!!
