We want our skin to be smooth and supple, yet still healthy and strong, therefore one of the first things we should do is to take care of it. There are a lot of things that can harm our skin even without knowing it. Everything solid in this world wears out with age and age is something that we simply cannot avoid.
Despite of this irreparable time flow, it doesn't mean we can't do anything to improve the situation. With no doubt, a very important thing is to keep our skin as healthy as possible. We must start this special from our youth, in order to really help the skin in slowing down the ageing process.
Many dermatologists say that a healthy lifestyle leads to a healthy skin. And by healthy lifestyle, they mean a balanced diet with sufficient vitamins, lots of normal water, enough sleep, regular exercise, less alcohol consumption, no smoking and effective management of daily stress.
